1 chicken, quartered 1 onion, peeled and chopped 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. water 3 tbsp. sesame seed 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. ginger Arrange in outer ring of non-metal pan. Pour 1/4 sauce over. Cover and microwave 10 minutes - drain. Pour remaining sauce over. Cover and microwave an additional 10 minutes. |
