1/3 c. orange marmalade 1/4 c. orange juice 2 cans (16 oz.) pear halves, well drained 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. orange marmalade Mint leaves, for garnish if you wish Mix 1/3 cup marmalade and juice in square or round dish. Arrange pears cut side down in sauce. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes until hot. Let stand 2 minutes. Spoon into dessert bowls and refrigerate. Swirl sour cream and marmalade together and spoon over pears. Garnish with leaves. |
