Mick is my sister and a great cook! She gave me this recipe years ago and it is one of my favorites. Great to take to a pot luck. So easy to make! 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. butter 1 lb. lean ground beef or cubed, cooked chicken 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (12 oz.) can mixed Chinese vegetables, drained 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained Soy sauce sprinkled liberally

Micro onion and celery with butter for 2 minutes, stirring once. Add ground beef, crumbled and micro 5 minutes, stirring once. Drain. Add soup, veggies, chestnuts, soy sauce and mix well. Micro on high 5 minutes, stirring once. Rest 5 minutes. Serve with rice and a can of Chinese noodles to sprinkle on top. I use chicken most of the time to make this.
