Chicken or turkey 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. water 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. chopped celery 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (16 oz) can chow mein vegetables, drained 8 oz. mushrooms 1/2 c. can mein noodles Place meat in 2 quart dish and cover microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is done. Stir halfway through; drain. Blend cornstarch and water and add to bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles. Cover and cook on high 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce thickens and vegetables are hot. Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking. Top with chow mein noodles. |
