1 stick butter 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 3/4 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. chopped nuts Place butter and chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Cook on high 2 minutes or until melted, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well after each addition. Pour batter into greased 9" square or 8" round microwave dish. Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes. Cool in pan. Makes 12 to 16 brownies. |
