1 pkg. 4 thighs and legs
Onion (med.)
2 tsp. parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Garlic to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
Fresh mushrooms
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Slice onion on top; cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 10 minutes. Rotate and cook another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix soup, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper, parsley and mushrooms. Mix together. When chicken is cooked, drain all but 1/4 cup drippings. Add drippings to mixture. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook on lower power until mixture is hot and bubbly. Let sit 5 minutes. Enjoy!
