6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 12 oz. pork sausage (or Smokies), fully cooked & chopped 2 c. milk Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Cook in microwave on roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean, turn dish once or twice while cooking. |
