1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
Mix together all ingredients. Shape into balls and arrange in a circle in a 9 or 10 inch glass pie plate. Cover plate with wax paper.
Microwave on high 8 to 11 minutes, rotating plate and turning meatballs over once or twice during cooking.
Makes 12 large, 18 medium, or 24 small meatballs. One of my kids' favorites.
