1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 German sweet chocolate bar, grated (save 1/4 c.)
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Top with grated chocolate and powdered sugar mixed.
