4 lbs. pork spareribs
Favorite BBQ sauce
Place ribs in large pan with enough water to cover. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer and do so for 20 minutes. This will cook meat just enough to ensure proper doneness.
Drain and place on grill, bone-side down, over medium heat coals. Cook 20 minutes, turn, cook 30 minutes or until no pink in center. Baste and turn frequently using BBQ sauce.
For a Southern-style type of ribs, marinate overnight in a type of sauce for such purpose.
