16-24 oz. bottom round steak, cut into bite-size pieces 1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lg. container sour cream 1 sm. onion, minced 1 tsp. nutmeg Brown beef with minced onion and mushroom juice and dash of salt. Add mushrooms and soup. Bring to a simmer and fold in sour cream until fluffy blended. Sprinkle with nutmeg and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
