2 sides of ribs 2 med. onions 1/2 c. catsup 1 c. water 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Place a layer of ribs in pan. Slice onions over them. Cover with half of the sauce. Repeat layers. Cover pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, uncover last half hour for ribs to brown. |
