BBQ CHUCK ROAST
 

3 lb. chuck roast
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt

Place meat in plastic bag set in deep bowl. Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Turn bag occasionally. Remove meat from bag, reserve marinade. Grill over coals about 1 hour, turning every 10 minutes. Baste with reserved marinade last 15 minutes. Can also be broiled 6" to 8" from heat.
