BARBEQUE BRISKET

4-5 lb. brisket
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 c. barbeque sauce

Trim all visible fat from brisket. Cover both sides of brisket with liquid smoke and other ingredients, except barbeque sauce. Place meat in pan and marinate, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Cover with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 7 hours. Add barbeque sauce and leave uncovered the last hour, basting occasionally.

Very easy company dish because all the work is done the day before. Usually only needs 5 to 6 hours to cook.
