1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. butter 12 oz. bottle chili sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper 3 c. thinly sliced cooked pork In skillet cook onion, celery, and garlic in butter. Put in crock pot. Add chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire, vinegar, chili powder, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water; mix well. Stir in pork. Coat all pieces. Cook on low at least 3 to 4 hours. Can cook all day. Serve on buns. |
