BARBECUED SHORT RIBS
 

3 lbs. beef short ribs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 bottles Hunt's original Bar-B-Q sauce

Trim excess fat from ribs. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper to taste. Place ribs in Dutch oven. Add 1/2 cup water; cover and simmer until tender, about 2 hours (add more water during cooking if needed.) Drain ribs, and place in a baking dish. Coat with barbecue sauce. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
