TOFU BURGERS
 

Mix together in a bowl:

1 lb. tofu, firm, mashed or crumbled
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning OR 1/2 tsp. basil and 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Shape into 8 burgers and brown in:

2 tbsp. lite oil
