1 lb. ground chuck 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 egg 1 lb. turkey Kielbasa, cut into sm. chunks 1 pkg. low-fat weiners, cut into 2 inch pieces 1 lg. jar chunky salsa (mild or medium as desired) Mix ground chuck, onion, oatmeal and egg. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Cook on rack in microwave for 6 minutes. Place in large pot or crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Great with rice. Lowfat as well. |
