Krazy salt Liquid Smoke Open Pit Hickory Barbecue Sauce Fresh beef brisket The night before: Sprinkle with Krazy salt and Liquid Smoke. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Place wrapped brisket in 300 degree oven. Bake about 45 minutes per pound. Remove from oven and cool about 1/2 hour. Slice thin, against the grain. Pour off juice. Mix 3 or 4 tablespoons juice with Open Pit Hickory Barbecue Sauce. Place brisket in foil and pour sauce over. Place in 300 degree oven about 15 minutes per pound. |
