BEEF BRIE ROLL-UPS
 

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
6 (6 oz.) sandwich steaks
Brie cheese, cut into 6 pieces
1 lg. slightly beaten egg
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 c. oil for frying

In a small baking dish, mix soy sauce, garlic powder, oil, lemon juice and water. Marinate sandwich steaks for at least 3 hours. Place each piece of brie cheese in the middle of the steak and roll steak. Use a toothpick just to pin edges together while cooking. In a small bowl beat egg. Put bread crumbs into another bowl. Dip roll-ups in egg, then roll them in crumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry roll-ups until brown, turning once. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
