BEEF STROGANOFF
 

1 1/2 -2 lbs. family round steak, no fat or bones, cut in bite size cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 box fresh mushrooms
1 pt. sour cream

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray pan with Pam; put raw meat in. Add cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce, dry soup mix and mushrooms. Bake for 4 hours at 250 degrees, covered. Stir occasionally. Add sour cream then cook for 30 minutes more. Serve with egg noodles. Serves 6.
