5 to 6 lb. brisket of beef Celery salt Garlic salt Onion salt 1 bottle (3 oz.) liquid smoke Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Sprinkle brisket of beef generously with celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt. Pour bottle of liquid smoke over brisket. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, and sprinkle liberally with Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours. |
