2 tbsp. oil 1 lb. sausage, cut up 1 lg. can mushrooms, drained 1 green pepper, cut up 1 can tomatoes, lg. kitchen ready 1/4 tsp. oregano Dry onion soup mix (1/2 env. or whole env., your taste) Garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese Add oil to skillet and brown sausages. Remove from skillet. Add peppers and mushrooms. When lightly browned, add tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and onion soup. Add Romano cheese. Return sausages to pan. Simmer for 1 hour.
