BEEF BRISKET
 

1 beef brisket
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Place brisket in center of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with soup mix. Fold ends of foil leaving dome in center. Make sure all ends of foil are secure so juice does not escape. Bake 3 to 4 ours at 280 degrees. Remove brisket and slice across grain. Excellent also for cold sandwiches the next day.
