1 lb. egg noodles 3 lbs. Sirloin, cut in long thin strips (Round steak may be used, requires longer cooking time) Flour Shortening 2 pkgs. Stroganoff mix 1 lg. container sour cream Mushrooms (optional) Cut meat into strips, dip in flour. Brown in a little shortening. Stir in seasoning mix, water (as per package instructions); simmer. Add sour cream. Cook until meat is tender. Cook noodles. Serve over noodles. Fast and Easy! |
