BEEF BRISKET
 

1/3 c. molasses
1/3 c. mustard
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. mined onion
1 (4-6 lb.) beef brisket

Combine all ingredients except beef; mix well. Place meat in large pan, pour marinade over it. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

Drain meat and reserve marinade. Grill meat over medium heat on each side for 15 minutes, basting on each side also. Take meat off and wrap in foil, cut hole in top of foil and poor marinade through hole over the meat. Continue grilling for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is very tender.
