BBQ RIBS
 

2 pkg. country style ribs (9-10)
4 tsp. pickling spice
4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Coke
1 c. ketchup

Put ribs, salt and pickling spice in a deep kettle, cover with water and boil 40 minutes. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with heavy foil and arrange ribs in a single layer. Mix together brown sugar and dry mustard, sprinkle over ribs in pan. Cover with foil, refrigerate overnight. Next day combine Coke and ketchup. Mix well and pour over ribs. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste with sauce. Bake additional 1/2 hour. Serves 8.
