Pork chops Onion Catsup or BBQ sauce Sweet pickle juice or distilled vinegar Salt and pepper pork chops; put a slice of onion on each; put 1 tablespoon of catsup or barbeque sauce on each chop; pour sweet pickle juice or vinegar to level of chops. Cook, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees without turning. Uncover for last few minutes to brown. |
