5-6 lbs. Boston Butt pork roast 1 c. ketchup 1 c. water 1 med. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice Pinch (clove) garlic In saucepan melt butter and saute onions, add rest of ingredients and simmer approximately 15 minutes. In a crockpot put the pork roast, pour sauce over the meat, cook on medium for 2-3 hours or until meat starts to fall apart. |
