BARBECUE BEEF ON A BUN
 

4 lb. rump, arm or lean pot roast
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 c. water
1 doz. hamburger buns

Put meat in a roaster and salt and pepper to taste. Mix barbecue sauce with water and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 5 hours. Remove meat and shred. Return to sauce. Serve on buns.
