5 lb. beef roast, cooked & shredded 1 lg. bottle catsup 5 c. broth from roast 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. white vinegar 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. salt Add above ingredients to 5 pound beef roast, cooked and shredded. Let simmer for 2 hours. If sauce needs thickening mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and thicken to taste. |
