HAM BAKED IN MAPLE SYRUP
 

3/4 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard (Grey Poupon, of course)

Pour mixture over the ham and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for about an hour. Baste frequently, pour sauce over ham. "My brother, Vincent" If he says "it's good" - it's good! And, if he can do it, anyone can!
