BEEF BRISKET
 

1 1/2 lb. beef brisket
1 can beef broth
2 bay leaves
Garlic salt
Seasoned pepper

Roast covered at 275 degrees until done. Cool and slice (the cooler it is the better it slices). Remove bay leaves. Reheat in gravy. The secret is in the reheating.
