GRILLED PORK ROAST
 

Pork roast (approx. 5 lbs.)
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. mustard
1 tbsp. each salt & pepper
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of lemon juice
Pinch of cayenne
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Wash pork roast well and salt and pepper heavily (I like to use Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning). Rub all seasoning well into meat with your hands. Put meat on grill and sear all sides. Reduce heat and cook slowly until done, turning often. Cooking time should be at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours; the slower the better.

Mix last 8 ingredients for sauce. When meat is about half done, baste meat frequently to soften and moisten. Save remaining sauce to serve over meat (great sliced or diced).
