1 lb. ground beef 2 lbs. yellow and or zucchini 1 c. sliced mushrooms 2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Ungreased 2 quart casserole. Brown ground beef; drain off excess fat. Add squash and mushrooms; continue cooking 3 or 4 minutes or until squash softens, stirring often. Stir in crumbs and spaghetti sauce mix. Spoon into 2 quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
