5 lbs. beef short ribs 2 c. barbeque sauce 2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce Salt Pepper Garlic salt 1/2 onion, cut in ring slices Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic salt over ribs on both sides. Mix together barbeque and A-1 sauce until entirely blended. Place ribs in roasting pan and smother with sauce. Place onion slices over sauced ribs. Cover pan with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours (no need to cut ribs apart beforehand - they are very tender and delicious after slow-cooking!) |
