BBQ PORK ON A STICK
 

4 1/2 to 5 lb. pork roast
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. 7-Up (not diet)
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic

Combine mayonnaise and brown sugar. Blend in slowly the 7-Up and lemon juice. Add soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Cut up roast to bite-size pieces about 1 x 1 inch cubes. Remove all fat. Marinate pork pieces in sauce as long as desired (can be kept in refrigerator up to 48 hours). When ready to cook, put 4 to 5 cubes on a stick. Cook on grill until done to taste. 6 servings.
