Boston butt roast 1 onion sliced and put on bottom of pot Put roast in pot 1 onion sliced and put on top of roast 5 to 6 whole cloves put on top of roast Put in 2 cups of water Cook on low 12 hours Next day: Take meat out, take bone out and get out all fat Take everything out of pot and wash pot Put meat back in pot Add 1 chopped onion Mix in 1 (16 ounce) bottle of BBQ sauce Cook on low for 3 hours BBQ freezes well. |
