SAUCY COUNTRY STYLE RIBS
 

3-4 lb. pork loin ribs
1/2 c. bar-b-que sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Place ribs in single layer in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.

Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes, basting frequently with sauce. Serve with more bar-b-que sauce and rice, if desired. 4-6 servings. (Delicious ribs, also good with mashed potatoes and the sauce combination becomes the gravy.)
