BEEF ROUND STEAK N' GRAVY

1 round steak, cubed or beat well
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
3 c. water

Salt, pepper and flour steak pieces. Brown in iron skillet with a little oil. After cooked, add Kitchen Bouquet, flour and water. Let simmer for half an hour.
