BEEF SHISH KEBABS
 

2-3 lbs. beef roast cut into 1 inch chunks and sprinkled with meat tenderizer
Salt and pepper to taste
Assorted fresh vegetables
Skewers
Barbeque sauce if desired

Prepare meat and let set in refrigerator long enough for the tenderizer to work. Cut vegetables into large chunks. Skewer the meat and vegetables, alternating a piece of meat with a vegetable. Salt and pepper to taste and brush with barbeque sauce if desired. Grill until done. Serves 6-8 depending on the amount of vegetables and size of skewers. Other types of meat and fruit may be substituted for the beef and vegetables.
