About 2 1/2 hours before serving:
Trim and discard any excess fat from round steak. In 12" skillet over medium high heat, stir remaining ingredients with 2 cups water. Add meat, turning to coat with mixture; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is fork tender, turning once. Place meat on warm platter. Yield: 8 servings.
