HAM & CHEESE BISCUIT PLEASERS
 

1 (8 oz.) can buttermilk or country style biscuits
10 thin slices boiled ham
10 (1") cubes Swiss or cheddar cheese
3/4 c. finely crushed onion cracker crumbs or other seasoned cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Pat or roll each into 4" circle. Wrap ham slice around cheese cube. Wrap biscuit dough around ham and cheese cube, pressing edges to seal. Dip in butter, then cracker crumbs. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Yield: 10 sandwiches.
