MEAT ROLL UPS
 

3/4 can vegetable soup
6 tbsp. canned milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 c. Bisquick
6 tbsp. canned milk
6 tbsp. water

Mix together vegetable soup, 6 tablespoons canned milk, salt, hamburger, onion, pepper and mushrooms. Mix together with fork the Bisquick, 6 tablespoons milk and water. Roll Bisquick mixture into a 10 x 12 inch sheet. Spread with meat mixture and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices, lay flat side on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees until brown, approximately 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sweet milk
Remainder of vegetable soup can
1 can drained mushrooms

Melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk and sweet milk; cook until thick. Add remaining 1/4 can vegetable soup and mushrooms. Pour over each slice of meat roll.
