MEAT LOAF
 

2 lb. ground round beef
1 med. onion, grated
2 eggs, well beaten
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 sm. box Stove Top stuffing mix, beef or chicken
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
1 c. warm water
2 med. onions, chopped
1 sm. can College Inn beef broth

Combine ground beef, grated onion, eggs, garlic, ketchup, steak sauce, salt, pepper in large bowl. Add one cup warm water to stuffing mix and seasoning packet; allow bread to absorb water. Add to beef mixture and combine all ingredients well. Shape into loaf and place in medium roasting pan. Add chopped onion and scatter over loaf and into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Add 1 can beef broth and bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour more. Remove loaf to serving plate. Scrape pan and put liquid with onions in blender and puree. Serve in gravy boat. Serve loaf and gravy with Hot Pepper relish.
