3-4 carrots 5 med. potatoes 3 sm. onions 8 oz. ham 4 c. milk 4 tbsp. butter Seasonings: garlic salt, salt, seasoning salt & pepper (add as desired) Parsley flakes (optional) Dice carrots and let cook while preparing other ingredients. Add potatoes, onions and ham, diced in very small pieces. Cook until tender and only a small amount of water remains. Add milk and butter and heat just to boiling. |
