TERIYAKI PORK OR BEEF FOR GRILL
 

1 (2 to 3 lb.) boneless pork roast or
1 (2 to 3 lb.) London broil
8 oz. Teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. honey
5 to 6 cloves of garlic (3 sliced thin) 3 into little chunks

Mix teriyaki and honey together in a large pan put in garlic slices. Make puncture holes in the pork roast or London broil, place garlic chunks into the holes and let sit in the marinade mixture covered overnight or at least 6 hours. Heat grill and place roast on low for approximately (2 hour for pork roast) (1 hour for London broil). Brush with marinade while cooking and place cooked meat into the reserved marinade.
