BARBECUED RIBS
 

1 1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 lb. beef or pork ribs, cut up

Combine catsup, mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to blend. Roll ribs in sauce. Place in roaster. Pour remaining sauce over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
