MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN
 

3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. each chopped fresh parsley, green onions, celery leaves
1 (12 oz.) pork tenderloin
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine ingredients in a zippered plastic bag, turning the tenderloin to coat with marinade. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature, turning several times. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. 4 servings.
