1 lb. pork tenderloin 2 tbsp. soya sauce 1 tbsp. brandy 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tsp. ginger 2 tbsp. tomato sauce Salt & pepper Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the tenderloin and marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature. Broil slowly turning frequently and basting with the marinade until brown and crispy. |
